By train or bus?? I’d rather not drive but I can if I have to. But for now, I’m interested in taking NJ transit. I live in West Paterson, NJ.
Also if you could, I would be very appreciative if you would list the buses I could take. Oh yea, I want to get to the campus by like 6:45am and by 7:45am.

I am referring to moments when people just take their time to pick up the call or talk throughout the travel.

I would also like to add that I live in Hawaii. Specifically around the Ala Moana area. I would be commuting to UH:Manoa and Kapiolani Community College. Regardless, what vehicle would you recommend?

I’m looking for a place close to the LIRR with a good neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. I’m kinda familiar with Mineola, but not much else on Long Island. We will be a late 20’s couple and I am getting a job in Manhattan. Lived in nyc for over a year and want more space and maybe a yard for my dog.

I’m self employed. When I drive my work truck from my home to a job, is that considered commuting?

Thanks for all the responses. I just know that you cannot deduct commuting miles from your taxes and have heard comments from fellow employees that don’t get reimbursed that I shouldn’t for the commuting miles.
I guess based on ya’lls responses that if the employer reimburses then it is fine even if commuting.

My girlfriend and I are gonna study in Perth but we’re studying at 2 different Universities, ECU and Curtin. The problem is we gotta live somewhere half way and since we’ve both never been to Perth we have no idea about the public transportation there. I was wandering if anyone can suggest a place with equal amounts of commuting using the city’s public transportation. Any details on how to commute would be welcomed, thx!
ECU’s Joondalup campus and Curtin’s Bentley campus

How could I commute to NYC for the week from Albany and go home for the weekend? I know how to get the train to Grand Central, Is there a way to just get a cheap bed and avoid getting an apartment?
