How much do hybrid tires for a mountain bike as a commuter costs?

I have a Giant Boulder SE that has become my commuter. My mountain/trail tires are getting too worn too fast, and I heard there was something called a hybrid tire that will do both road and off road duty. Money is an issue so I need to know if they are worth it, and how much they cost.

What is a commuter category airplane?

Why a 19 pax commuter weighing over 12,500lb is not categorized as transport?
Regardless of operation. Why is there a divisory line of 12,500lb? Shouldn’t supposed to be anything lighter is Part 23 and anything heavier is part 25?

What is the best commuter bag for a male in his 30’s commuting to a professional job?

Obviously, the messenger bags are popular, but how practical are they? I will be carrying a change of shoes, a planner, my lunch, etc.. I think the plan is to possibly leave a more professional looking bag in the office for meetings and such. Are most commuters using more practical packs to get to the office? I’m new to the train/city culture!
